LUXEMBOURG —the parent company of Byborg Enterprises, Docler Holding, is best known for its connection with LiveJasmin founder GyörgyGattyán. Many reports are calling this the biggest internal reorganization in history as well. As News Luxembourg Times reports, an estimated 200 employees will lose their jobs as a result and be replaced by artificial intelligence. according to a report by AVN News, citing the Luxembourg Times.
Such reorganization is a central part of what Docler call sits “great rearrangement” throughout a group of subsidiaries, including its adult industry brands under By borg Enterprises. These are:
Gamma Entertainment (owner of Adult Time)
Cherry.tv
a stake in Playboy
In the end, the Luxembourg Times reported that "changes in the global marketplace and other external factors" had a significant impact on Docler's seismic shift. In a statement provided at AVN’s request, the company explained that this process, which is now underway, began more than 18months ago. It aims to integrate AI technologies and digital transformation strategies to secure the stable future of the business.
"Approximately one and a half years ago, the group began to embrace digital transformation and artificial intelligence as actions and countermeasures required for the future existence and continuous operation of our business and the company itself," Docler declared.
This is not the first time Docler has ventured into AI. Byborg company has launched Jasmin.ai, BimBim.ai, and Cuties.ai — all NSFW chatbot platforms driven by synthetic AI models that emulate intimate adult encounters.
While some industry insiders regard this as natural progression in techie sectors, others fear what it might mean for human jobs and worry about future reliance on AI in adult content and fan engagement platforms.
